HDD to Replace Sewer Line Near Changing Water Table

Hawaii Pacific Trenchless used horizontal directional drilling to replace a sewer line near Maui’s shoreline, where a shallow and constantly changing water table made traditional trenching difficult. Despite challenging soil, saltwater, and tight working conditions, HDD allowed the project to be completed with minimal disruption to traffic and nearby businesses.
